Every first Wednesday of the month at Gaucho’s dinner, our traditional Rodizio receives a special flavor from Bahia. A typical Bahia’s menu is added into the Rodizio’s style. Some of the most famous Bahia’s dishes like: vatapá, carurú, moqueca de peixe, de camarão, xinxin de galinha, farofa de dendê and acarajé, are part of this special night typically from Bahia.
