Salad Bar
To compliment the parade of meats is our elaborate salad
bar. It is an outrageous display of exotic salads, side
dishes, cheeses, fruits and much, much more.
Potato salad, crab, sashimi, calamari, asparagus,
hearts of palm, broccoli, green beans, bell
pepper salad, salmon pate, salmon terrine, two types of
mixed salad, carpaccio, chicken salad, various types of
lettuce, tomato, carrots, buffalo mozzarella and beet.
Pasta Station - A variety of fresh pastas
and sauces custom-made, right in front our eyes.
Antipastos - sun dried tomatoes, green olives,
black olives and salami.
Hot dishes - rice, beans, cod fish, paella, spiced chicken, seafood
casserole, onion rings, fried cassava, french fries and
cheese puffs.
Cheeses - gorgonzola, parmesan, picorino
romano, swiss and provolone.
